All agreements for your offer to purchase goods are subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of your order via email is not a guarantee of delivery. It is rare but in any event of items you have ordered not being available, you will be contacted, and an alternative product or a full refund will be offered. If only part of your order is available for fulfillment, payment for the full order will be taken, then upon dispatch a refund for those items unavailable will be issued.
We have the right not to accept your order if we are unable to authorize your payment, shipping restrictions apply to items, the item is out of stock or does not meet our quality control inspections, or that you the customer do not meet our terms and conditions.
We at any time reserve the right to alter any terms and conditions stated on the website. Customer are contracted to the current relevant terms and conditions applicable from time to time. The customer is responsible for reading these terms and conditions each and every time they visit and make an order.
We are entitled to surrender, assign and delegate all or any of its rights and obligations in terms of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices to any third party.
Trademark names and logos on website are registered and unregistered trademarks of us. None of these are to be used without permission from us.
Quality Control
We take time to check each item before dispatch. When photographing the products we aim to show an accurate image of the item. We use our best endeavors to ensure no items are faulty. The item you receive may not be as true to the imagery as expected, this is often due to the difference in how computer screens generate colors and slight differences in manufacturing.
If you feel we have made a mistake or you feel an item is faulty please contact info@blackwoodonlinesales.com with any issues you may have so we can look into the issue straight away and provide you with the next suitable step.
Faulty Goods
Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or if a fault has occurred due to the manufacturing within 14 days from date of purchase or such other period as prescribed by the Sale of Goods Act. Items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
When possible we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, we can only offer you a replacement for the same item, in the same size, subject to availability. Subject to these terms and conditions, you will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

The total payment will be taken as soon as your order has been placed. BLACKWOOD will not supply items without payment.
Our exchange rate is only an approximation. Please contact a member of our team is your require additional information.
We are responsible for the website transaction. To securely handle all payments online we use Shopify Payment. BLACKWOOD do not have access to any of your credit/debit card information.
Delivery
We may use such couriers or mail services as we think appropriate from time to time. Couriers or mail services will be selected by us dependent upon the goods and location of the orders customers have placed and entirely at our discretion. Where possible if a customer has a preferred courier or mail service we will consider such a request. The delivery of goods will form part of the invoice and any charges for delivery will be added at the checkout.
The times stated on our delivery page are not guaranteed as third party factors may cause delays.

Returns
We offer a 30-day returns policy. We are happy to offer exchange, refunds or a credit to your account. All items must be unworn, complete with all tags attached and packaging and in original condition. Enclosed in each return must be the returns form fully completed, failure to do so could result in a delay in processing. All returns must be sent back to us with an insured and tracked service.
We are unable to offer the same returns policy for sale items.

Cancelation or changing an order
If you would like to cancel or change your order then you can do so. If you have placed an order but it has not yet been dispatched then we can make this cancelation or change the order. Please contact us through email blackwoodonlinesales.com
Please note that we cannot always guarantee to change an order prior to dispatch, but we will always try our best. In instances where this cannot be fulfilled and the item is dispatched, we are happy to cancel or make changes in accordance with our Returns Policy. Claims
Claims made as to damage, delay or partial loss of goods in transit must be made in writing within 7 working days of delivery. We shall have reasonable time to investigate and if requested by us, the customer shall return the goods securely in original packaging materials, subject to any claim. Return postage payment is the responsibly of the customer unless stated otherwise in correspondence with us.
The company shall at its discretion provide the customer with similar goods or allow the customer the choice of a credit to their account or full refund for the original purchase price.
Under no circumstances shall we be liable to the customer under these terms and conditions or at all for any amount exceeding the invoice value of the goods.

We may at times provide external links. The content of these sites is beyond the control of us and no representation is made as to their content. Use of any external link is at your own risk.
