US Returns & Exchanges
Blackwood is committed to making your shopping experience a success and is offering returns and exchanges. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for up to 30 days from purchase for a full refund or exchange. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
Please enclose your packing slip and send your U.S. Blackwood purchase back for return or exchange. If you have lost your Blackwood label or packing slip, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.

Blackwood is not able to place exchange orders for orders that were placed with tender type Paypal.
At this time we are unable to process any exchange orders.
To return your unworn products for a web refund please follow these steps:
- Detach the Return Detail Form* and keep the Order Summary for your records.
- Circle the merchandise you are returning on the Return Detail Form, enter the quantity if more than one of the same product was ordered, mark return, and indicate the appropriate reason code for the return. Reason codes are:
- Item did not fit
- Returning a gift (Original credit card will be credited)
- Item not as pictured
- Wrong item shipped
- Item did not arrive on time
- Damaged in shipment
- Other (Please be specific)
When processing your return, we will refund the same credit card and/or debit card Blackwoodonlinestore.com used to place the original order,
*If you do not have your original Return Detail, please include the following information with your return or exchange: bill-to name, address and phone number; ship-to name, address and phone number; order number; reason for return or exchange; and requested exchange items if applicable.
**We suggest that all returns and exchanges be sent via a trackable carrier such as USPS or UPS or FedEx. Blackwood is not responsible for packages lost in transit if sent via a non-trackable carrier.
